Service

• Availability depends on location and sun position
• Low sun conditions occur throughout the year, including on overcast days
• Proof image is provided before payment
• Final image is delivered after payment
• Delivery is typically within 5 working days
• Image is supplied for marketing use by the listing agent for the specific property

Licence

All imagery produced by Lo Sun remains the copyright of Lo Sun.

Upon payment, a non-transferable licence is granted to the purchasing party for the marketing of the specific property shown.

The licence applies only to the active marketing period of that property.

Permitted use includes:

• Property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.)
• The licensee’s website
• The licensee’s social media
• Printed brochures relating to the property

The image may not be:

• Shared with other agents or third parties
• Supplied to developers or homeowners without written agreement
• Resold or sublicensed
• Used for unrelated projects or properties
• Used after the property is sold or withdrawn without written agreement
• Used in company-wide brand marketing, website headers, or advertising campaigns without prior written agreement from Lo Sun

If the property changes marketing representation, the licence does not transfer to a new agent. A new licence must be obtained from Lo Sun.

Image Integrity

Images must not be materially altered.

Permitted:

• Cropping for layout
• Minor resizing for format

Not permitted:

• Filters or stylistic grading
• Sky replacement
• AI modification
• Structural edits to the building or scene

Portfolio Use

Lo Sun reserves the right to use imagery for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.

Copyright

All photography produced by Lo Sun is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or use in AI training datasets is prohibited.
